- Be aware of tarnish which may occur as a result of oxidisation, caused by the interaction of Silver & Gold plated jewellery with certain elements such as oxygen or sulphur as well as some acids.
- Avoid wearing your piece of jewellery while cleaning, gardening or any sporting activities.

- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exclusions: SALE items, earrings, and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Footwear: Must be tested on soft surfaces; shoes with marked or scratched soles will be rejected.
